For some people who LOVE shopping on line . . . sight unseen maybe this works for them. However for a 70 year old woman this is too difficult to adjust - way to many options! Also on the chair I received the fabric covering the lumbar support in the back is already coming undone. I would NOT recommend this one for elderly people. As difficult as it is I will continue going to the establishment selling office furniture so I can see for myself the quality and workings of the item I'm looking for. I really tried to work with this particular chair - it just isn't meeting my needs. My Mistake!

My wife has the Aeron and while this doesn't compare to that chair I'm very pleased. The adjustability of this chair puts it above many others in this price range. The mesh back is cool and comfortable. The seat is not as comfortable as some others but the ability to get it set just how you want it makes up for that. I've only been using it for a week or so but I would definitely buy it again.

Seat Tilt

I bought this specific chair for the seat tilt capability. It works fine. I am in and out of the chair all day long and the forward tilt of the chair makes it easier. The forward tilt also relieves pressure on my low back. The flat seat is also more comfortable than curved seats.
