Out of the box the back frame was split apart at the top.At my request Staples allowed me to keep the lower portion with the seat and 5-star base since I had already since I had already assembled it. I returned the broken back portion to the store and they gave me a new one.

I like this chair so far. You can tilt the seat and it will make your spine straighten out and seems sturdy. I had been having back pain in my other chair and this seems to be helping a lot.

I've only had this chair for 40 days and the seat is already worn. I decided to purchase it based on the high review rating and low cost. I guess you get what you pay for.
