Within a week of receiving the chair the web backing came loose on one side. I am a CPA and I was in the middle of tax season working at least 12 hour days at least six days a week so I missed the cut off for returning the chair. I will attach a picture of the chair to my review. Please have someone contact me to make this right.

It's a challenge to find chairs that fit my short legs. I was shocked to find that this chair's seat is actually too shallow. The wheels work well on my vinyl floor. I like the elegant shape. The biggest disappointment is that the space between the seat and the back. The ice and heat packs I use for my bad back would slip down if I didn't use a rolled up towel. Over all I'd say it's a good chair for the money.
