Was easy to assemble. We actually had to put it at another desk as this did not go high enough for one of our employees. Was perfect for the other

Per employee who received the chair.... I like it a lot so far. Very comfy. Adjustable lumbar is pretty cool. A lot of adjustments actually pretty versatile.

The chair was easy to set and comfortable but a little low for my desk. I am making it work for now but probably need to find another chair.

Within a week of receiving the chair the web backing came loose on one side. I am a CPA and I was in the middle of tax season working at least 12 hour days at least six days a week so I missed the cut off for returning the chair. I will attach a picture of the chair to my review. Please have someone contact me to make this right.

We have been using the chair for 1 week and the fabric is already separating from the back rest frame.
