I bought this chair for my 15-year old son who assembled the chair himself (albeit having to use somewhat confusing paper instructions). But the end product is a great chair especially for the reasonable price. This chair works well for his desk to do homework and also for his recreation time of playing video games (chair tilts and leans back for comfort). We have no complaints!

We bought an office chair several years ago from Staples which had a faux leather cover on the back seat and arms. Within a year the material started to break apart and shed onto the floor and we wound up using black electrical tape to patch it up. After awhile even that didn't stick and made a real mess. I stopped into Staples a week or so ago and saw this mesh chair that seemed to fit the bill - no material that could shed. The chair is adjustable in many ways which I really like from height to arm adjustment to back rest adjustment so you can find the perfect comfort level for whatever shape and size you are. It was easy to assemble and I am looking forward to a much more comfortable time in front of my computer from now on.

I haven't taken full advantage of the lumbar support yet because years of sitting in a bad chair got me into the habit of leaning forward too much but I do feel it there when I force myself to sit back. I'm hoping it will help when I have to sit at the computer for a long time.The adjustable armrests are the best part. I have a torn shoulder and keeping my arms level as I type takes a lot of the discomfort away. The variety of adjustments one can make is nice to have as well. It didn't cost much but it feels like a luxury.
