There a lot of adjustments that can be made on the chair to help make the chair comfortable. Too bad that the instructions for those adjustments are not clear. And some do not seem to work.

Very comfortable chair. I use it in my home office. I like the way the back is. If keeps you sitting up straight. Not like other chairs. Very easy to put together no longer then 30 minutes to assemble.

The chair is exactly as advertised. Decent back support. I got what I expected. For only $99 I believe the price is right. I sat in every chair on the floor at the store without looking at the price and loved this one. Then I compared prices with my three favorites and it was a no brainer.
