I have purchased several chairs over the years but this may be the best yet. I love all of the adjustments that you can use very good. I purchased the extended warranty but I don't think I will have to use .

The first chair we brought home had a crack in the upper back support at the top of the chair. Once returned we got a replacement and the second chair has a broken air hydrolic that raises and lowers the chair. It does not work. After assembling two chairs we have chosen to keep this broken one. The thought of assembling another only to find something else wrong is not what we are interested in.
