cushion wasn't as thick and there was some loose treads and damage to the mesh backing. Bought same chair for work and was in better condition.

Good chair better service

I'm not one to normally right reviews but I think Staples service with this chair was great. The chair it self is comfortable and supportive we just got it yesterday so not much to say but a good chair. I want to talk about the service when receiving the chair. We had the chair shipped in UPS and it was damaged so I thought this would be a pain to get it replaced but I was wrong. I sent in a replacement request and the next day they had picked up the old damaged chair at my house and delivered a new one. Doing this anytime of the year would be impressive but during the holidays is even better.

My fake leather Osgood had begun to exfoliate plastic so I bought the Carder. My wife has had one for years. It is decent just not as comfortable. I expect it to hold up better. I like all the adjustability.

great office chair

Ordered the chair for home office and it is working wonderfully. Still figuring out the different ways to adjust but it's comfortable slides easily (even on carpet) and is the mesh keeps the chair 'cool' to sit in even after several hours. The back/lumbar support helps to keep me sitting upright and there is less back fatigue.
