The office chair and control levers work as intended. The only inconvenience for my use is the lack of arm angle adjustment. All things considered a good value for your investment.

I thought I was getting a quality ergonomic chair but was disappointed with it's comfort and effective adjustments. I had this assembled (for a reasonable fee) by the store. A wheel broke on its 2nd day of use. I drove out to the Staples store for a replacement which was given freely. I would not recommend this chair.

I picked out this chair a few months ago and was able to get it last week. They didn't have it in stock but i was able to order it and have it delivered to my home for free. The chair is comfortable but there are a couple of drawbacks. First the back height seems like it should be adjustable as the back slides up and down a few inches but there's no way to hold it higher than the lowest point. And unlike the previous chair I had the top of the back is not soft so when I try to rest my head on it it's not very comfortable. But at about half price the soft seat and adjustable arms and tilt make it worthwhile.
