This chair seems comparable to higher priced options (considering the discounted price) is highly adjustable and is quite comfortable. As a tall man I’d prefer the seat to raise slightly more. However I like the relatively narrow seat a lot.

Kudos for Staples to replace the bent screw on the knob for the tension plate of the chair. Got the new knob within 3 days and it fits. The chair is comfortable and look nice.

Lots of adjustments but just not that comfortable

The quality seems good but it just was not comfortable to sit in. The chair seemed really short so you constantly felt like you had to scoot back in the chair. Also because the chair was short it hit right in the middle of your thigh which caused my legs to go numb.

The chair is an exceptional value but I'm disappointed that it doesn't rise up as much as I think it should. Using the lever to lift the chair just goes so far. My feet are too close to the floor and I'm only 5'7".The chair is comfortable.

Somehow it was better for me in the store then deliver it. The three controllers our difficult. My wife bought a simpler model which in the end I think works better. However it’s all good. I’m using it
