The chair was comfortable. The quality of the chair was poor. The arms were loose and wobbled. The mesh backing of the chair was constructed poorly and attached to the plastic backing using only staples. The pressure put on the mesh backing pulled out the staples within the first 2 weeks of use and I was forced to return the chair. I do not recommend this chair.

The chair arrived as promised. Assembly was pretty easy. No tools except the enclose Allen wrench. this chair seems much sturdier than my previous chair ( which had to be returned when one of the wheels broke off.) The chair rolls smoothly both on the industrial carpet and the plastic chair mat. I like the lumbar support and the ease of adjusting the tilt and height etc Th arm height also adjusts. So after a few tries I found the perfect settings for me. The sale price was excellent too. I have recommended it to several co workers

this is a great chair so comfortable the best I purchased this chair back in 3-17-2014...so now I just buoyed one more for my wife today 4-6-2014 goo and get one for your self today you be happy with it.
