The chair is very comfortable. However the hydraulic mechanism didn't even last 2 years before it began to fail.

The mesh back came out of its track (broke) in less than a month of use.

This is a great chair. If you are tall it will be too small/short even if raised to the max height. I am 5'5" and it is a perfect fit for me. The seat is comfortable and the back can be in a fixed position or movable (similar to a rocker).

I have one of these in the office and it is so comfortable for all family members. When I needed a chair for another desk I looked at many others but in the end bought another one of these for the abvility to adjust it exactly the way you want it to be.
