This chair worked great for the first year then after not using the adjustments they stopped working. Always buy the 7 year warranty for this chair or for any chair.

The instructions to put the chair together were clear and the parts were marked to correspond to the instructions. The chair seems very sturdy and has a number of different options to adjust the seat and back. Good value for the money

On the whole the Chair was excellent. One area that could be improved is that there are rub marks on the chair legs that are slightly noticeable. It's not enough to bring it back but I certainly think it's something that should have been caught during inspection of final product.
