Chair is nice although not the most comfortable. I tried all the levers and still have not been able to get best feel and positioning. Assembly was easy and straightforward and took about one hour. The one problem with the assembly was on the last page/the last tiny screw/nut that was noted to put in would prevent the chair back from slipping into the shaft. I tried many directions and nothing - did not want to push too hard so I wouldn't crack the shaft. Can anyone clarify how to do it. Thank you.
