I love this chair. I wondered for a bit if it was a good choice the chair was delivered two weeks ago no instructions then realized there were no screws. I called customer service and she graciously said another would be shipped on Monday. Monday arrived a fellow came to take the first chair away and I asked where the replacement was he said I do not know anything about one. Ten minutes later he returned with this current chair which is wonderful.

I bought this for use at my sewing machine - not office use exactly but one that can mean hours of sitting leaning over. This chair fits my needs: provides good adjustable back support and occasionally leaning my elbows on the armrests relieves muscle stress in my shoulders. An additional kudos for the rapid delivery when it wasn’t in stock at the store I visited.

Arm rests and back a little loose but these are not "deal breakers." Back rest can be raised and lowered using the knob on the back side of the back rest (not mentioned in instructions). But for those over 6 feet tall the raise may not be enough. The knob on the seat plate (but not the "cylinder" knob) is apparently only for removing/replacing the seat back. It does not say in the instructions. Warranty for all parts is seven 7 years. The seat (cushion) on a very similar chair (Acadia) lasted almost that long for me but I could not get a replacement due to a change in manufacturer resulting in a slight change in design. So Staples gave me a $30 discount coupon for future purchases. So that is a possibility with any purchase.
