I was very pleased to learn that Staples Reno was open (unlike Carson City) and that the selection of office chairs was exactly what I was looking for. The price comfort and style works fine for my home office. The sales person Tim was very helpful suggested the extended warranty which I purchased and after he rang me up he helped get the large box containing the chair out and into my car. Thanks Staples!

Design great; use poor

The design of the chair is great. I've had it a little over a year and have used it less than a year. The chair slips down and will not remained locked when it full up position. I liked all the various features of the chair but the slipping was bothersome. Staples poor customer service and return "policy" did not allow me to exchange it for a replacement because it was beyond 14 days. The cost of the chair should not have such poor quality in less than a year's time. Slippage while sitting on it should not be an issue on a quality chair. And Staples should honor some sort of return procedure.

Not what I expected

I was told this chair would come fully assembled it did not. It is not very comfortable and having to unassemble it and ship it back is a bit more than I want to do at this time. Janet

THE CHAIR IS NOT CONFORTABLE AT ALL THE TILT SECTION OF THE SEAT IS ALMOST NON EXISTING AND THE MATERIAL ON THE SEAT MAKES YOU SLIDE OFF. VERY UNHAPPY WITH PURCHASE.

Solid chairs with good cushion and lumbar support. Lumbar is only adjustable by moving the entire chair back up or down but that's still good for my needs. My team enjoys the chairs as well.
