It’s good and comfortable. Very easy for assembling. But it’s recommended to add minimum 1” more thick pad for more seating comfortability. The sales lady at the shop helped me to place the order on spot was vey courteous but at the check out the staff was very reluctant to help with loading.

Seems to have better support than the huge executive leather chair I am replacing. Credit goes to the tilt function-- other chairs felt like I was sliding forward.
