Comfortable chair. However the arms won't stay in position but move out or in with almost no pressure. May not have been put together correctly?

We bought this chair for my wife's in-home office to replace an old worn-out office chair. She loves the wide range of adjustment the chair offers and how comfortable it is even after sitting in it for hours. I love the great deal we got on it!

We are highly satisfied with this chair. In fact our family has purchased 3 of them for both office and home office use.
