This chair has good lower back support but the seat is too short making it very uncomfortable for me. Unless you're a very small person you might want to stay away from it.

I have a home office and wanted a chair that I could sit in for much of the day. I really like how comfortable it is all the options to make it fit perfectly for me. Before this chair I had experienced back pain from my old chair. This one has virtually eliminated that pain. And assembling it was a breeze took about 30 minutes. I'd buy it again.
