I got the chair on CLEARANCE - so that was the biggest draw. But I really like that you can recline and adjust this chair so much. It would be worth the full price! If you need a good office chair try this one!

The mesh is not well attached to the back frame. Simply leaning against it on the second day I used it caused it to come unattached. Customer service was awesome about replacing it but clearly the chair has a design flaw. Now I am hesitant to lean against the back mesh for fear it will happen again.

The chair is only a few hours old and the staples in the mesh are already pulling away from the frame. We will be returning this chair. Very disappointed.
