After a few months of daily use the chair height began to fall. Staples is sending a replacement unit but doubtful that will help. hard to assemble with the color paint on some screws. Control to raise the seat does not work as well as I hoped.

This chair feels flimsy. The seat cushion is made of inferior materials and after only about 2 weeks of use the foam is unsupportive and it hurts to sit for any length of time. Also the seat pitches forward so I'm constantly having to readjust myself on the seat. I will be returning it.
