chair is as described but does not sit as previous models. Casters are useless on plus carpeting. Chair seems heavier. it would be nice if controls were described better in instructions.

I am really enjoying my new desk chair. This chair was easily assembled and adjusted for me who is only 5 foot 2 inches. I love the extra back support which makes it easy to maintain good posture. I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone looking to replace their present chair.
