After a few months of daily use the chair height began to fall. Staples is sending a replacement unit but doubtful that will help. Found out this chair is only rated for 5 hours of use and this was made clear in product description. I do not see that. At any rate such a limited time of use should be called out clearly. This chair feels flimsy. The seat cushion is made of inferior materials and after only about 2 weeks of use the foam is unsupportive and it hurts to sit for any length of time. Also the seat pitches forward so I'm constantly having to readjust myself on the seat. I will be returning it.

I was surprised that it didn't come assembled. But I enjoy assembling stuff when the instructions are clear and all the parts are present. Everything worked this time. If you have a decent spatial sense you will end up with an excellent chair at a very good price.
