Doesn't hold up

Comfortable chair but the piston failed on mine after very limited use and now it constantly sits too low for me to use. I'm still waiting for a replacement warranty part which I'm now being told is due in October. If you don't mind perpetually adjusting the height of your chair it is comfortable.

Easy to build and nice features for back alignment. Wheels scraped my wood floor so I bought better ones for $15. Seat cushion is a little flat let's see how I feel after a 12 hr day.

After a few months of daily use the chair height began to fall. Staples is sending a replacement unit but doubtful that will help. Found out this chair is only rated for 5 hours of use and this was made clear in product description. I do not see that. At any rate such a limited time of use should be called out clearly.
