Recently had surgery for a ruptured disc in my back. The chair I had in my classroom was just very uncomfortable after the surgery. So I went to Staples and tried out every chair they had in stock. This one seemed to be the best! Sure enough I was right! I even bought a second one!!! One for my desk and one for my small group reading center!!!

However this particular Staples Carder Mesh Back Fabric Computer and Desk Chair is the BEST. BENEFITS: 1. Price-friendly - worth every penny won't break your bank account. 2. Tush-saver - seat foam is thick and cushy. 3. Back-saver - excellent adjustable back support. 4. Materials - top quality mesh material is thick and feels durable. 5. This chair "cured" my chronic backache. Highly recommended. Staples has a winner. Will buy some more.

It took me about 30 inutes to assemble this chair. This seat’s highest elevation or seat drop to its lowest position: Either 19” high or 15 1/2” lowest. I have two Sit-Stand desks and neither work well with this chair. Armests: positions 1-2-3 are too low and the 4th position (highest) is about 1 inch above the desktop. The seat cushion is comfortable. The cushioned lumbar pad is also comfortable. I chose to replace this Carder chair because my 8 year old KNOLL chair met my immediate needs until two mechanical elements required replacement. Please be sure to place this Carder chair assembled within your store so your patrons make an accurate assessment.

My husband bought this chair a few years ago and it is still in great shape no problems. I just bought one for myself after purchasing a different chair that started to break (won't go up and down leather-like cloth ripping etc.) only after 1 year. The new chair is great very comfortable and adjustable in many ways. It was easy to assemble as well.
