The chair arrived promptly on the promised day of delivery. I have to say this was the easiest chair I have ever put together (and I have had many in my day!) Good job on instructions Staples!! I put it together alone in about 20 minutes As for comfort. It has several settings and I'm still trying to find which one is just for me.......

Well made but seat uncomfortable

This is a good looking well made chair and is super easy to put together. The instructions are very well thought out so you can't go wrong. The chair has an adequate number of adjustments for a customized fit. The only draw back is that the seat is too hard. I work in front of a computer all day and need a chair I can sit in comfortably for eight hours or more a day. I would have had to add a soft pad on top of the seat of this chair in order to be comfortable enough. I didn't want to do that so I regretfully returned the chair to the store.

This is a comfortable chair and decently customizable. I cannot speak to how long it will last but the first few days have worked out well. It's quite the upgrade from the dining room chair I was using. Definitely a good value for the price so far.
