Other than it was rather weighty for an older person it did assemble fairly easy. I really like the padded seat and the lumbar support. It was worth the money and I loved I got free delivery.

The only reason I didn't give this chair a 5 star rating is because it is too large for my frame (I really need a petite chair); but I don't want to pay a premium price for one. Also the lumbar support doesn't go low enough for me although it does move up and down some. But the price was EXCELLENT!

Piston sits low in the base thus minimizing the max height. Fine for shorter persons but painful for taller folk. Adjustments are plentiful. Base is plastic not metal; wonder as to its durability.
