I ordered this chair online hoping that the delivery person would carry it up all three flights of stairs for me and because I was sure I couldn't get the assembled or boxed chair into my car. Sure enough the delivery man brought it right to my door!. I was able to assemble it with only the allen wrench supplied in the kit. It took about fifteen minutes. The chair is comfortable has level levels of adjustment available and best of all was on sale for less than $90. It's much more comfortable than the other chairs I had in my office. They're now at a thrift store.

I replaced an old armless draftsman type (but good condition) office chair. The fake leather always made my butt sweat from sitting. I purchased this and it is HUGE! There is no cushioning and if wearing shorts etc you end up with textured marks on your thighs. It digs into the back of your legs. The high back and lumbar support area is good and the arms. I kept it but regret it every time when I sit. I could not return it because I recently had hip surgery and could not get it returned to the store. Keep looking or go into store and try the chairs they have on the floor. I would not buy again or recommend. Only fix to this chair is use a cushion.
