Got it home put it together and then it started falling apart. Plastic piece that is supposed to block the arm rest from sliding down simply fell off. Literally. It just fell off. I was sitting in the chair not doing anything strenuous and it suddenly fell of. Also it arrived with a torn backrest. They are sending replacement parts but man not a good start for sure.

Comfortable chair but the piston failed on mine after very limited use and now it constantly sits too low for me to use. I'm still waiting for a replacement warranty part which I'm now being told is due in October. If you don't mind perpetually adjusting the height of your chair it is comfortable.

Easy to build and nice features for back alignment. Wheels scraped my wood floor so I bought better ones for $15. Seat cushion is a little flat let's see how I feel after a 12 hr day.

This chair is not as comfortable as I thought it would be. Seems they stressed too much on lumber support and does not lean back as I would like . Seating surface.also limited by the lumber.
