This chair looks good but the sitting experience is awful. It does not recline like advertised in fact it feels like it wants to propel me forward. I can't get comfortable in it. Keep looking this is not the one you want. Too late to return it so I'm stuck.

I've had this chair for about 4 months and it will not keep its height. It keeps sinking. That's way too soon for the gas cylinder to give out.

The center pole (now on two chairs) was cut too short and the seat height is two inches lower than the dimensions shown online. We returned both chairs.

The plastic part inside the button for the armrest is weak and breaks upon first use. The waist support is not adjustable and the knob at the back of the chair is pure decoration. Otherwise a usable chair.

Got it home put it together and then it started falling apart. Plastic piece that is supposed to block the arm rest from sliding down simply fell off. Literally. It just fell off. I was sitting in the chair not doing anything strenuous and it suddenly fell of. Also it arrived with a torn backrest. They are sending replacement parts but man not a good start for sure.
