Arrived with a broken right-hand arm rest. Called support and they are sending the replacement part. The chair is fairly comfortable but the lumbar support is a bit uncomfortable and is not adjustable. All of the other adjustments are good.

Great chair which is easily adjustable. Controls seem well made and work smoothly. Assembly was very easy. It has a firm seat which was a complaint on some other reviews but with my hip and back issues I prefer a firmer seat. My only complaint was that there were several sharp metal fragments that were on the floor where I put the chair together. I did not notice them until my three year old found one of them. I started looking around and found several others and in looking at the bottom of the chair there were others still hanging on. Someone could have done a better job at knocking off the metal fragments after drilling holes in the metal framework.

Chair was easy to assemble with the instruction booklet being easy to follow and the screws being marked properly. The back wiggles a bit and the base cushion is a bit harder than expected. Hopefully it gets softer over time.
