I thought I was getting a quality ergonomic chair but was disappointed with it's comfort and effective adjustments. I had this assembled (for a reasonable fee) by the store. A wheel broke on its 2nd day of use. I drove out to the Staples store for a replacement which was given freely. I would not recommend this chair.

Easy to assemble not very comfortable

The chair was easy to assemble but I find it to not be somewhat uncomfortable. The seat is tilted forward slightly (not a big deal) but the lever to adjust the seat level is not working.

Out of the box the back frame was split apart at the top.At my request Staples allowed me to keep the lower portion with the seat and 5-star base since I had already since I had already assembled it. I returned the broken back portion to the store and they gave me a new one.

I had tested many chairs. This chair is not only a great price but very comfortable. It is everything I was looking for in a chair. The extra lumbar support is just what I needed. Along with all the adjustments so that the chair fits you. There are more expensive chairs that was not as comfortable as this one. My back does not hurt as much as it had with my old chair. I would recommend this chair to everyone that sits for long periods or not. It is just a great chair.

Comfortable and inexpensive

The sales rep was helpful showing the chair's features. It was assembled properly and ready when promised. The chair is functional comfortable and inexpensive. It seemed just as comfortable as the similar temperpedic chair and $150 less. Hopefully it will have a long life.
