I received the chair and it was as described. It was very easy to put together. The only problem with the chair is that it seems to be designed so that the front of the seat is lower than the back which throws the person forward. That is not always a desired position although it works well at times. I've wondered if I put something together incorrectly but can't determine what it might be other than a design issue.

This chair has a really tight back. It has no give to it like some of the other chairs with the woven back. Plus one of the arms had a big dent in it. My husband threw the box away or I would have returned it!!!!

I got the chair on CLEARANCE - so that was the biggest draw. But I really like that you can recline and adjust this chair so much. It would be worth the full price! If you need a good office chair try this one!

I ordered this chair based on the reviews. I don't know if maybe I received a defective chair or what. The height is not very good. I feel like I am sitting in a child's chair even with it adjusted as high up as it will go. I can't seem to adjust the back of the chair so I always feel like I'm sitting so far forward that I will slide out of the seat. The seat cushion is somewhat comfortable but that's about all this chair has going for it. I definitely would NOT recommend this chair.

I have back problems and I have been searching for an office chair that had a good back support. This chair worked perfect. The back adjusts and the back support adjusted separately. First time in a very long time that my back didn’t bother me after a days work.
