I ordered this chair and received it in the store. I took it home but found the seat damaged and had to disassemble and repack it and return it to the store. After a few days I received one at home and it was fine. When making the exchange l had refused the extended warranty saying to Staples clerk that if you want to sell defective merchandise I will blame it on Staples and stop buying here. He said the 7 year manufacturer's warranty is only on the bolts. I refused the extra warranty saying I will take my chances. The chair suits me well. I like the 3 adjustment levers and the comfortable seat and back mesh. The sale price pushed me toward this model and so far so good

Chair arrived 2 days ahead of schedule easy to build and all components well packaged and marked. You will need to take time to find your ideal chair set up as there are 3 separate settings. Reasonably comfortable in use only point I would make is that the materials are what you would expect for the price.

I can’t speak to durability as I’ve owned the chair for just over a week but it seems to be solid construction and good materials. Easy to assemble easy to adjust (once you figure out what all the levers do). I like that the arms can be adjusted high enough to support my elbows as I type. My office is carpeted (nothing very deep) so I was looking for a chair that would roll well and this chair does. Haven’t used it in hot weather yet so we’ll have to wait to see how the mesh back does next summer.
