The Product Details and Specifications both list the seat depth as 16.3". It is actually over 19" deep. I'm 5'4" and need to be able to rest my back against a lumbar support so was looking for a chair that wasn't too deep. After measuring & test-sitting other ones in the store I thought this would work well with the shorter seat so ordered it online (they didn't have one in the store.) I was disappointed to find that the specs were wrong. I assembled it and found it didn't work for me (seat too deep & lumbar uncomfortable) so disassembled it put the parts back in the box and returned it to the store the next day. The return was handled very smoothly though.

I sat in a lot of desk chairs to find the one with sufficient lumbar support comfortable seat and a height that enabled me to put my feet on the floor. This chair filled the bill. Some reviewers commented that this chair is small but for my 5’3” frame it is perfect. Fits well at my desk. Put it together myself in about 20 minutes. The chair is adjustable in every way I can possibly require and is plenty sturdy. All in all a good purchase.

Set up was quick and easy. The memory foam seat is nice for the first ten to fifteen minutes but beyond that you can feel the hard plastic frame which eventually becomes very uncomfortable.
