This chair was very Ez 2 assemble. I like the adjustable lumbar back support especially when I suffer from lower back pain. The price was right I ordered the chair at 10pm I received by 0930 the following day u can't beat that!

Our board ordered this chair for our Security desk. Upon opening the box the back of the chair was broken. Staples Customer Service easily rectified the problem by sending a replacement right away!

Chair arrived in stated amount of time and was very easy to assemble. Arms are comfortable and easy to adjust. Chair is very comfortable to sit in and the adjustments for height and tilt are good. Only complaint I had was the bad smell from the seat cushion however I took care of this by using a little odor eliminator spray. Only thing that would make this better is if it were MADE IN THE USA.

Good mid-grade chair. I own three. However I always put the arms on the opposite sides slanting to the back so they don't smack into the desk edge when the chair moves forward. Still support my elbows & out of the way.
