Compared to the price it is a very badly manufactured chair. Main parts of the chair like the back rest can not be ever made tight. No mater what you do it will not be stable or tight and it will bother you. I am feeling to have wasted my money. If I had time I would have gone to the store and return it.

This is an excellent computer chair but does not pass muster as an office chair. The height adjustment does not allow the seat to rise to an acceptable height to use at my desk. It would be fine at my computer workstation but not at a full height table. Only 21" mac height where I require 23". I have bought chairs from Staples in the past and have not had a problem as the full specifications were available back then. I had no way of knowing the problem until after I has assembled the chair and tried to use it. I am also disappointed with the assembly instructions as they consist exclusively of illustrations without accompanying text. However I must admit that I found the chair to be easy to assemble even without proper instructions. On the positive side: - the chair comes well packaged - easy to assemble without tools - many adjustments allow you to customize the fit to your individual preferences - the casters roll easily on my carpet - the seat is cushioned yet still firm - the ventilated mesh back is great in hot weather - I found the back gives me excellent support. I just wish I could use the chair. I would have then given it 5 stars.

I've had the chair for about a week. Assembly was quick and easy.Chair adjustments are simple which allowed me to get everything feeling perfect. Seat is comfortable and the back allows you to lean back a bit. Overnight shipping was amazing. I was suffering in a kitchen chair after transitioning to work from home. Very happy with my purchase.

Good and comfortable chair. One downside is that it does not elevate as high as my previous chair leaving a bit short of the standard desktop. Not a serious issue but noticeable.
