The back of chair is not securely set into the base. Small tiny plastic piece doesn’t fit into slot there instructions not helpful called staples for help and the technical person acknowledged someone else just called for same problem but had no solution. She was sympathetic but really couldn’t fix the problem. Currently the chair is mostly assembled and difficult to send it back (stores closed due to covid). So now I’m stuck with a pricey chair with a wobbly back.

I’d probably buy it again if the price is right. It does go down lower than most chairs. At the circulation on the back of my legs doesn’t get cut off.

This chair is nice for a small home office because it's fairly compact and I like how many adjustments it has. However the back is very wobbly and isn't well made. I would return it but the receipt says it's not returnable ( I don't remember that on the website).

Very comfy chair - the back isn't a perfect fit

The back of the chair is a bit loose and doesn't seem like there is a way to fix it. There is a small gap that causes it to move a bit. Other than that the chair is great.

Honestly I love the chair. The box arrived in good condition and timely! However the base of the chair is cracked and multiple pieces of plastic were chipped/broken. We made it work but disappointed in the fact that my NEW chair looks like an OLD chair because of the cracks and chips.
