Ordered this for my home office. Easy to assemble. The lumbar is not adjustable everything else is adjustable. I have hardwood floor and need to get soft wheels. Made a big difference. You need to order soft wheels with short post. The product specifics do not give enough information about the type wheel to order as a replacement. I would recommend this chair.
