The only complaint I have is that I can't adjust the height of the back. Other than that it is exactly what I was looking for to use in my home office.
Overall a great chair for a small person at a resonable cost. Very comfortable.

Your body has to get used to it and it takes a little adjustment but it is the most comfortable chair ever for my wife. She is a teacher who is now working from home so she is in that chair for many hours a day. She is just under 5 feet tall and this chair can be adjusted so that her feet are flat on the floor. Back pain and neck strain gone the first day she had it. Easy to assemble and looks great. We highly recommend it.
As I'm sure we're all doing I bought a desk chair for a home office--it's definitely a cut above the flat wooden ladder chair I'd been using but I don't know if it's ideal. I like the level of adjustment and having arms that support my elbows is key. However the chair only goes up to a seat height of 19" which isn't ideal for my current desk setup. I would consider returning it and looking for a taller model but most of the alternatives at the price point don't go *down* below 18" and so wouldn't be a great fit for my usual desk. Fortunately I'm pretty short anyway--of the Staples models this is probably the right chair for me. I also find the seat tilt on this chair to be mighty stiff and adjusting the stiffness of the tilting is unintuitive--it'll take more tweaks to get this to exactly where I want it. That said the chair is mostly fine.
