this chair offers a lot of adjustable features for the price. it has an adjustable lumbar support which was important to me. the chair cushion could use more padding as well as the armrest but overall i am pleased with my purchase. The Hazen chair came in at a close second when i tried all the chairs that were at the store but that did not seem to roll easily and it cost $70 more.

Reviews were generally good price was enticing. Easy to setup as to be expected. However once setup / broken in there are a couple things really annoying about this chair. The first is that the arms of the chair are not secure. They have a lot of "play" in them and wobble around a lot mostly forward and back. Similarly the back does the same but side to side. This is combined with an awful "screech" noise as it moves to and from since it's not secure and also has a lot of play. I would continue to look for a chair that has more secure parts and doesn't make so much noise.

I purchased two other chairs before this one and neither provided the all day comfort and support that this one does. Being a shorter person finding an ergonomic solution is always challenging but this it it! It’s been about a week and no more back or neck aches. Thank you Staples for a quality chair that is gentle on the budget.

Very comfortable task Chair

We moved to a new office and we bought nice fancy high back manager chairs ($300/EA). So far most of the employees are complaining about the discomfort and lack of lower back support. I bought the Staple Carder chair for myself and this chair has all kind of adjustments and lower back support I had this chair for over a month and I can tell my lower back is not bothering me anymore. These chairs are great to sit straight on the computer all day long without having to slide down and end up sitting on your lower back. I do recommend this chair it works great and feels comfortable.
