The chair is great super comfortable great ergonomics and adjust-ability. My only gripe is the fact that the back rest is extremely wobbly no matter how tight you make the bolt that locks it in place it will budge loose and wobble left to right. It is annoying thing to deal with and doesn't make you feel the most secure when leaning back against it or having it reclined... It would take a lot of extra force than normally leaning back when sitting to snap the steel bar which holds it in place or even the back rest itself but i could definitely see it getting more and more wobbly over time. Hopefully no harm is caused and is only an aesthetic and doesn't affect the integrity of the chair itself.

It's a nice looking chair and I love all the settings for this chair however the seat is not deep enough for my long legs (I'm 6'1') and I also feel like the fabric on the seat is too 'slippery' and the seat feels like it is sloped down & forward so I keep sliding down/forward and have to keep re-positioning myself to the back of the chair and putting a piece of rug liner on my seat to keep myself from sliding.

Only had it a week but so far so good. Fully adjustable (arms back seat) comfortable mesh back is great for airflow. The only thing I would change and why I only gave it 4 stars is the lumbar support. I wish it was adjustable. I highly recommend.

I needed a new chair for working at home during this pandemic as many have said. I wanted a chair that supports my low back is comfortable and a reasonable price. This chair fits the bill. The seat isn't as comfortable as I would have liked and currently have a pillow on it which has helped. I like all the adjustments and find the mesh back and lumbar support pretty comfortable and supportive. Overall I am pleased with this purchase especially since i got it on sale!

It's hard to adjust the chair seat cushion to tilt upward. I don't think I can find the bar to do this. I feel like I am slipping down the chair and have to scoop up from time to time.
