Love this chair! I bought one for my last job 8 years ago and loved it so much that I bought one for my home desk. Now I'm at a new job and so happy it was still available. Most chairs lean too forward for me and this one allows you to tilt it back (& lock it there). Note that we had to lower it to the lowest position to allow the middle bar to tilt the seat but then it can be raised back to the higher position.

This was my first order and appreciate the sturdiness of how it's made. The features I like is where the seat moves forward and back and the lumbar support. Sadly I returned the chair because the lumbar support was not working. You turn the dial and all you get is a clicking sound and the lumbar dose not move. The good thing is they placed another order and cross my fingers hopefully the lumbar works. Stay tuned...

Short seat base. If you're tall this chair isnt for you. The back does not adjust back and forth or up and down. Not a very comfortable chair.
