I feel like I’ve been punked. I spent hours online looking at dozens of chairs and reading hundreds of reviews. I finally settled on this chair because it had thousands of positive reviews. These people must have been sitting on bricks previously. There is nothing comfortable about this chair. The seat and back are hard and solid. There is very little cushion or softness. I gave it one star because it was easy to assemble. I can’t possibly disassemble this chair or get it to my car alone (quarantined!) in the week Staples has given me to return it. So I’m stuck with it and will have to buy a cushion and seat back. Do not buy unless you go to the store and try it... or if you need a bit of an upgrade from sitting on concrete.

The chair was delivered quickly with no problems. Assembly was easy using an allen wrench that was included. It's got the required adjustments and is firm enough to provide good support and enough cushion for comfort.

I decided to purchase this chair after reading many MANY reviews. Price was also a major factor in choosing this item. The already discounted price was terrific but as a bonus I was able to layer some coupon codes on top of the sale price for additional savings. The chair arrived quickly packaged well and easily assembled. Concerned that the casters shown in the advertised picture would damage our wood floor I ordered different casters made specifically to fit our needs. Very happy with my purchase so happy that knowing what I know after the delivery I would have paid the full price!!

It's fine. Reasonably comfortable. Wouldn't go quite high enough for the arms to clear a standard height desk and when low enough for the arms to go under the desk I need to sit on a pillow. Also the arms are not adjustable side-to-side and have only a few widely-spaced up and down settings. The seat tilt adjustment is fussy and seems to move with time. Wheels are cheap and after a couple of weeks are already getting noisy. I'll be pleased if this thing lasts a year which is about worth it considering what I paid I guess.
