The packaging and the steps to construct the items were simple. The chair gives me comfort and got good options for every height and conditions we have with the lower or mid back. worthy product for the price. only drawback hand rest were not adjustable sideways or cannot move forward or close to body. They only move up and down for the height thats it.

Overall a good chair for the price. I chose this chair because it could be lowered to 15" which is less than other mesh chairs. I'm 5' 2" and want a chair that allows me to have my feet flat on the floor so the blood circulation in my legs is not compromised. I like that I can adjust the arm rests up and down. I wish I could also adjust them horizontally but maybe that's too much to ask for in a chair this price. I also like the mesh it is sturdy and provides support as well as breathability. If I could improve one thing on this chair it would be the seat cushion. It needs more or better padding. To sit on the chair for a 2-3 hours it's fine. I'm 135 lbs and I use this chair to work from home 8 hours a day and it gets uncomfortable the second half of the day.

I have had the chair less than two weeks and it will not remain set in any height position except the lowest. I set it higher and it sinks right to the bottom. I hope this is a one off but I will see. Calling today about a replacement.
