Too Short!

Unfortunately if you are 5'6 or taller - this is not the chair for you. Description states that it is 19 inches (floor to top of seat). So.. if you are of average height - this is not the chair for you. However the comfort (seat & back) were amazingly comfy... Disappointed!

This chair is firm support with lots of adjustments available. It has great lumbar support once the back height is adjusted. I am happy with my purchase.

For the price it's a good chair. I would have liked it to be a couple of inches taller at it's highest. Seat it stiff and kind of slick. Assembly ok but getting the bracket attached to the bottom of the seat was tricky as one hole was slightly off. Not sure I would buy this again.

Good quality chair but I had to make a couple of important adjustments

The only trouble with this chair is that the lumbar support mini-cushion did not hit my back on my lumbar region which was very uncomfortable. So I took a couple of zip ties and tied it back and away from me so that my back is supported by the mesh alone. Also I leave the chair back below lowest possible setting just below where it clicks in. After these adjustments the chair is excellent and it's of very good quality. For your reference I'm a man 5'8" tall. If you'd rather not deal with these things I'd recommend getting a chair with mesh back that does not have that little lumbar support cushion. (Also Staples did a great job delivering the chair ahead of schedule so thanks Staples staff. You rock!)

Not Sure What Everyone is Raving About

Bought the chair about a week ago taking it back to Staples today. I'm 6-2 so maybe this has something to do with it; but I think this might be one of the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever owned. The lumbar support thrusts me forward so I end up leaning forward. The chair also seems to have a forward tilt to it. I can work at my computer anywhere from 10 minutes to hours on end and this chair is uncomfortable from the moment I sit down in it.

First office chair and I got lower back pain I feel like their is too much lumber support for me also the chair leans too forward... it feels like Im pushing backward and thats what is causing my back pain so I tilt it more back and hold it their and the pain never came back.. the wheels dont feel like cheap hard plastic wheels so I was surprised by the quality.. honestly its a good chair for the price just limit the forward tilt postion and hopefully that should allow for more backward tilt.
