Chair is comfortable and yet compact -- not overly large. The controls are positioned well for easy adjustment to one's personal preference -- especially nice when more than one person uses the chair. Overall a good buy.

The narrow of it.

The chair is comfortable but I found the following issues with it. During assembly three (3) of the four (4) holes used to attach the seat plate to the seat are perfectly alignment the forth one is about 0.25 inch off center. Right now my seat is held at three location instead of four. As long as I am not using the usage features I am secure. The other problem is the chair width it's designed for small frame people; it's not intended for overweight people or folks with large derrière.

Chair piston lost compression

Order chair and was easy to put together. Arrived in fast time . The chair started out very good and my son wanted one for his use during his working hours at our office. I found it at a good price and haven't found it since at the same price. Now I know why. My wife just came in and said that the new chair we bought from staples was sinking when she sat in it. I asked if the lever was up and she said she can get it to go up but as she sits in it it starts to slowly drop down all the way to the ground. So back to staples it goes.

Great buy

I bought this chair with a 25% discount coupon only to see a few days later that it was on sale for much less than my purchase price. I was out of town at the time and the sale was over before I returned. I called Staples and explained the situation and they said if I had my receipt they would give me the lower price. I took my receipt to the store and they were so nice about refunding me the difference in the prices. I saved $120 on the purchase of my chair. I give Staples a "10" for Customer Service!!!!
