Pros: Super easy to put together good amount of adjustable features comfortable seat. Cons: Arm rests are unbearable. After using the arm rests for around 5hrs my arms were very sweaty and in a lot of pain. The arm rests themselves are very hard.

I purchased this same chair 5 1/2 years ago and just purchased it again. I like that it is height and arm-height adjustable. The back come up slightly above my shoulders. It's also "tilt" adjustable. I took off the one star because after 5 1/2 years the previous chair no longer maintained height for very long and I was unable to replace the gas lift. Really like this chair at this price point.

I had been looking for a new office chair for months and the adjustment features on this one are what sold me on it! When I've been working for a while and my back starts to hurt I love that I can change to seat tilt and lock the back all the way forward to help with my posture. The instructions barely gave any instruction but it was easy enough to figure out how to put it together and use all of the different functions. (PS. You can raise the back of the seat by half-turning the knob on the back manually pulling the seat up to your desired height and turning the knob the rest of the way to lock it in place. That one took me the longest to figure out.) The back material is firm and breathable and the seat is cushioned better than expected and also breathable. My least favorite part of a chair is when it squeaks when you move in it which this one does not at all! As soon as I got it all put together we decided to get another!

The instructions for assembly could be a little easier to read but the chair itself is comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. Adjustments to the back and seat tilt arm height and chair height are easy to make.

The chair seems to be a good. I have only had it a week. The seat itself is way too small...it doesn't come to my knee joint...so my leg starts to hurt as it has no support. half my leg hangd off the seat. I WISH I had looked at the measurments of the seat itself or I wouldn't have bought this particular chair. Now I have to use a seat cushion to give me the extra support under my legs whenI sit for work all day...totally defeats the purpose but I have the chair already so it is what it is I guess. BUT anyone reading this be SURE you look at the measurements of the seat of any chair you buy. This one seesm like for a kid or teenager not an adult (unless you have really short legs lol!)
