Once I got the lever settings right the chair was great! Very comfortable -- my back was aching really bad and now I have no aches. I am using it without the arms - easier for me to move in and out in the office space I have.

This chair is generally fine. The back didn't install properly (looking at the reviews I'm not the only one having this problem) rendering half the reclining functions unsafe to use but works okay as a static chair. If you want a higher quality chair spend some more money on something else but this works fine as a budget chair.
