Bought this chair in Q2/2020 as I wanted a decent office chair to work from home. Our company had a stay-at-home order in place since March due to COVID. I like everything about the chair except 1 thing. The up-down lift will occasionally start slipping and the chair basically inches downward when I'm sitting on it. I'm of average weight I could stand to lose a few pounds but not terribly overweight. Anyway I have to standup pull the life control and raise it back up. It doesn't do it all the time but it gets annoying.

The chair is exactly what I saw in the Staples store. Good quality controls all work and it's comfortable. But not the best comfortable chair with ergonomic.

The mesh at the top of the chair is frayed and pointy so it sticks you like needles when you touch iT. I would not buy a mesh chair again.
