Chair is fine but clearly lower end. The back is really wiggly and not very supportive because there was one plastic screw they was virtually possible to get into place. I’ll keep it but overall I wish I would have invested a little more $$ for something of higher quality.

Chair is well built and the options provided are good at this price. There are few changes that can be improved 1. Arm rests has slightly loose which tend to move some times like a loose part same this with back it is not fixed tights so there is slight movement when you try to move your chair with hands but you won’t notice this if you are sitting in the chair.

It’s not a super high tech chair but I love that I can adjust the height move the back to adjust. And the seating is comfy.

Chair has lots of adjustment but fall short on a few features. The lumbar support is not adjustable other than up and down and it is quite excessive. Foam for the seat cushion is low density and feels like you sink right down to the hard base.

This chair is extremely comfortable and has a number of adjustments that should allow this chair to fit the ergonomic needs of almost anyone. Great buy for the money! But the seat back tension adjuster does not work and after a replacement still did not work. Assuming Staples is having some problems with quality control with their manufacturing.

I love my chair. It is very comfortable. It glide over carpet easier than my previous chair. The assembly instructions was very clear and also came with pictures of every part. My daughter and I put it together in less than an hour.
