So comfortable. My only complaint is that I can’t tell what one of the control bars does (comes with 3) and that it doesn’t allow you to rock back. Super comfortable for a home office.

The seat tilts forward at a modest angle and exposes a poorly padded surface that gives my behind a hard time. I can't sit for more than half hour. This chair is higher priced than many Staples chairs and one would expect better design. I can't return it so I will have to go spend more money on a pad so that this becomes usable. I prefer a folding chair that was $10. The back is OK but instructions on how to set the height are nonexistent.

I have had the chair less than two weeks and it will not remain set in any height position except the lowest. I set it higher and it sinks right to the bottom. I hope this is a one off but I will see. Calling today about a replacement.

This chair is comfortable and offers good support. Build quality is just ok Both the back and armrests can be a little jiggly even with everything tightened down. A little disappointing but not enough to justify a return.

Literally this chair stinks. As soon as I opened the box and removed the seat cushion from its plastic bag I noticed a strong chemical smell. After assembling I put the chair in my office room and I came back 20 minutes later and the whole room stunk. I've been letting it air out on my porch for a couple months now and it still smells though less than it did initially. Also the seat adjustment has jammed and the seat is stuck in an uncomfortable position.
