It's a firm chair to sit on. I prefer a little more cushion but that's just me. It is comfortable for the most part and I wish I could adjust the lumbar in the back.

Very comfortable. Backrest not adjustable while in the chair--requires guessing. Price on sale was great for the number of features. We're less than 150#. Might not be as great for heavier individual. But one should try any office chair before purchasing if possible.

WORST CHAIR EVER...PUSHING ME FORWARD OUT OF THE CHAIR. SPEND ALL DAY WRESTLING WITH IT. MOST IMPORTANTLY HAS ME SO LOW TO THE GROUND ITS LIKE WORKING AT MY MOTHERS DESK - BTW IM ONLY 5'7". WORST PURCHASE EVER!

Good price easy to assemble comfortable

The chair arrived on time and as described. Assembly was easier than I expected - the instructions were clearer than they usually are and I was done in about 30 minutes working alone. The chair is comfortable too. Hopefully it will wear well. If you're above average in height the seat settings my be a little low for you. I'm 5'10" and the highest setting is just right for me.
