I'm short but this chair is not high enough for me

I've been using the chair for 2 weeks. My knees are hurting because the chair height is not tall enough. I'm only 5'3". Also the seat depth is 3 inches shorter than my old chair. Also don't like the bouncing of the back of the chair. Bad decision.

Expected to have to put something together but this is a gazillion pieces that I'm trying to put together just after shoulder replacement surgery and limited use of Rt hand/arm/shoulder. It's still a pile of pieces on the floor while I debate tossing it all or continue trying to put it together. Miserably unhappy.

I hadn't used a screen backed chair before but I decided to try one. Their was some assembly required but it was easy to put together. Once assembled I tried it out and was happily surprised that the back was actually very comfortable. It was almost like leaning back on air.

I had an earlier version of this particular chair that lasted many years. It is unique and that it has several adjustments one that most chairs do not have in their design. This chair is very much like the one I had previously. And the price is outstanding.

The assembly instructions were quite clear. Took about 2 hours to assembly. Very comfortable and sturdy. The only issue thus far is the left arm rest. My arm tends to slide off. May just need some adjusting.
